and enclose a check to HRLF or pay by credit card for the annual
membership dues of $600.00 for the January-December 2007 fiscal
year. $350 for June-December 2007. Return your application by
e-mail by copying it into an email or Word document, print and
fax it to 781-431-8118 or mail with check made payable to HRLF,
354 Washington St., Ste. 223, Wellesley Hills, MA 02481.
